Craig’s Story
2025 has been a year of growth and challenge for our family. As many of you know, Gopher Caddy was built from the ground up by Craig and I — with two little kids in tow and a big dream in hand.
But this year, Craig also faced one of life’s toughest moments: losing his dad, his best mate.
Starting a business is never easy. Doing it while navigating grief and the daily juggle of family life tested us in ways we never expected.
That’s when Mongrels Men stepped in. Whether it was a local golf day, one of their community events, or the Thursday night soccer comp, the Mongrels crew were there — to check in, to listen, and to remind Craig he wasn’t alone.
Their support helped him find strength, purpose, and connection again — and for that, we’ll be forever grateful.

Mongrels Men is an incredible organisation focused on men’s mental health and connection. They create spaces where men can talk openly, participant in meaningful events and courses, and build real friendships — often through shared experiences and good banter.
We’ve seen first-hand how impactful that can be. So this Black Friday, we’re proud to support their work in helping more men find their tribe and the tools to manage life’s ups and downs.
