Gopher Caddy Returns Policy: Hassle-Free for Golfers Who Walk the Course

We get it—sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. At Gopher Caddy, we’re all about making your golfing experience smooth, whether that’s with our spill-proof sand carrier or our simple returns process. Here’s the deal:

1. Love It or Return It

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Gopher Caddy, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. No hard feelings, no questions asked (well, maybe one: how can we make it better?).

2. What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be in original condition—clean, undamaged, and ready to find a new home.
  • Include the original packaging, because we like to keep things neat and tidy.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Shoot us an email at gophercaddy@gmail.com with your order details and a quick note about why you’re returning.

  • We’ll reply with easy-to-follow instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Refunds & Timing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it (don’t worry, we’re not too picky). Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. 

5. The Fine Print

  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 4072, Balgowlah Heights, NSW 2093.
  • We hope you can appreciate that we are a small business, you need to pay for the return shipping costs (keep the tracking number as we know things happen in transit and we don't want you put out any further).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • If your Gopher Caddy arrives damaged or defective, let us know ASAP at gophercaddy@gmail.com so we can make it right.

6. Exchanges? Absolutely!

Prefer a replacement over a refund? We’ve got you. Let us know, and we’ll get a new Gopher Caddy out to you faster than you can fix a divot.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the exchange, and post us the return and once received we can ship you out the new product.
